The course
What is the truck theory exam?
To drive a truck over 3,500 kg in the Netherlands you need a C licence. Before your practical exam you must pass the theory exam at the CBR, the Dutch driving test authority.
The theory has three parts. RVM1-C covers traffic, vehicle technology, loads and paperwork. VM2-C and VM3-C are part of Code 95, the professional qualification you need to drive for a living.

Can I take the truck theory exam in English?
Yes. Choose English as the course language when you register.
Can I take the exam in Turkish or Arabic?
Yes, but only with an interpreter. We arrange the interpreter for you and tell you about any extra costs in advance.
How much does it cost?
One module costs €200 (normally €360). All three modules together cost €600. The Code 95 bundle (VM2-C + VM3-C) costs €400.
What name do I fill in?
Your first and last name exactly as shown on your passport, ID card or driving licence. Otherwise the CBR may refuse you.
